Forms with multiple addresses

I think for my blog this week, I want to maybe throw a thought out there about forming letters with multiple addresses. I think a good efficient way to do this is though micros. Most people like myself think faster than I can type. Sometimes after writing several letters you may mistake some addresses. I know personally when I get tired I tend to mix up my numbers. This could be prevented with micros.
